– Minimum stay days: 1 week.

– The cleaning, electricity and water costs are incluyed in the price.

– Reservation of the stay: 20% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer.

– Rest of the payment: On delivery of the key.

– Capacity of the house: 4 people.

– Animals are not allowed.
